With less than two months to go until TRENZ, we are pleased to announce that appointment schedules will be live for Buyers, Sellers and Media from 10am (NZ time) in the My TRENZ Zone.
During the appointment scheduling phase, delegates assigned to manage appointment streams will be able to fill free appointment slots by manually scheduling appointments with other delegates.
The main change for TRENZ 2017 is that there is no rush for you to complete your appointment scheduling. The new system allows you to view all delegates who have requested to meet with you at a particular time. You can select the appointment most suitable for you. If you still wish to meet with other delegates who have requested to see you at the same time, you can request an alternative time to see them.
You can schedule appointments leading up to and throughout TRENZ, until the last appointment on 12 May 2017. This allows you to customise your appointment stream and capitalise on opportunities as they arise.
To help you maximise your time during this phase, we have created an appointment schedule guide which outlines how you can review your schedule, make changes and schedule new appointments. This is also found on the TRENZ website resources page.
If a delegate cancels an appointment and this cancellation hasn’t been accepted or declined by the other party within 72 hours, the appointment will be cancelled from both parties’ appointment schedules. You will receive an email notifying you of this. All other requests will remain in the system until you accept, decline or withdraw the request.
You will not be able to cancel appointments from Monday 24 April 2017.
