Additional Purchases
The Additional Purchases Form is available in the Exhibitor Zone.
- The Primary Delegate is able to request additional purchases up to the 19 April 2010
- After the 19 April 2010 all additional purchase requests will be subject to availability and a surcharge of 15% on the base price
- Any on-site purchases will be subject to a 25% surcharge on the base price of all items
- Items can only be purchased by the Primary Delegate of the exhibiting organisation
- The primary delegate will receive the purchases (such as farewell tickets, directories etc.) when they register onsite at TRENZ

TRENZ Farewell tickets
- Tickets for the TRENZ Farewell are strictly limited
- A set number of tickets have been included in the attendance cost, depending on your booth size (see the Booth Package Inclusions section for more information)
- All additional delegates who wish to attend need to purchase a ticket for entry
Additional floor space
- Extra booth space is available for purchase on a ‘space only’ basis
- Any such requests are subject to availability and will be confirmed in March 2010 and Exhibitors will be invoiced at this stage
- Please note that additional floor space can only be purchased in 1.2m wide x 2.4 deep increments (equal to 2.88sqm total).
Vehicle Display Sites
- Contact TIA to discuss costs on Vehicle Display Sites over and above the sizes specified on the attendance fees section
- Vehicle Display Sites can only be purchased by TRENZ attendees and must be pre-purchased when your organisation completes your application for TRENZ
- If your organisation requires a Vehicle Display Site after the application has been submitted, the primary delegate is able to submit a request, such requests will be subject to availability at the time
- All Vehicle Display Sites are subject to availability
