Appointment Schedule Entitlement

print this page

The number of appointments you are entitled to is dependent on the type of your booth.

We encourage you to utilise all of the appointments to which you are entitled. However, we recommend that you only request appointments with Buyers you want an appointment with. This may mean you do not need to use your full entitlement of requests. This is a better option than making appointments just to fill up your schedule.

Booth appointment entitlements:

Booth type Number of 15 minute appointments you are entitled to: Maximum number of appointments that can be pre-scheduled for you: Maximum number of Buyers you can request appointments with:
New Exhibitor Booth 51 42 80
Single booth 51 42 80
Double Appointment Schedule 102

(51 appointments per appointment schedule)
42 appointments per appointment schedule

(a total of 84 appointments for a double booth)
80 Buyers per appointment schedule

(a total of 160 requests over two schedules)*

Please note: Make sure that your appointment requests are ordered in a priority ranking
i.e.
the number one Buyer you wish to meet with should be listed as number one on your list of appointment requests.

*Please note:
Making appointment requests for a double appointment stream.

Due to the way the appointment scheduling system allocates priority appointments we recommend the following:

If you have less than 160 requests, load requests equally across both schedules rather than loading schedule one first.

For example, if you wish to make 60 requests, place 30 requests on Schedule 1 and 30 requests on Schedule 2 with your highest priorities balanced across the top of each schedule (We do not recommend you place 40 requests on Schedule 1 and 20 on Schedule 2).
