Attendance Fee and Inclusions
You are required to pay your TRENZ attendance fee once your application to attend TRENZ 2010 has been accepted. You will receive confirmation that your application has been accepted via email.
- Early Bird payment
NZ$916.00 including NZ Goods and Services Tax (GST) per person (NZ$814.22 excluding NZ GST). Early Bird fee applies when payment is received on or before 8 March 2010. - Standard Payment
NZ$1017.00 including GST per person (NZ$904.00 excluding NZ GST). Standard payment fee applies when payment is received after 8 March and on or before 24 March 2010. - Late Payment
NZ$1186.00 including GST per person (NZ$1054.22 excluding NZ GST). Late payment fee applies when payment is received after 24 March and on or before 21 May 2010.
Your attendance fee invoice will be available in your personalised Buyer Zone shortly after you receive your confirmation email.
If credit card details were provided with your TRENZ application, your card will be debited as soon as your application is accepted.
What is included in your fee?
Your attendance fee includes:
- accommodation (room only) for the four nights of TRENZ, 24 – 27 May 2010
- all TRENZ networking and social functions
- entrance to the TRENZ Farewell (non-transferable ticket)
- TRENZ lunches, morning and afternoon teas as specified in the programme
- transport to and from the TRENZ venue, functions and TRENZ partner hotels
- literature return service
- printed support materials and various promotional items
- a TRENZ bag
