Booth Construction
Booth construction outside of the specifications
- Any requests to construct outside of the specified booth size (as above) must be made in writing prior to 31 January 2012.
- Where any construction exceeds:
- The height of the stand panels supplied by the organisers or
- When Exhibitors or their contractors are constructing their own booth, duplicate plans must be supplied to TIA and Nicola Ransome,Displayworks for approval by 31 January 2012.
- Notifying of booth construction outside of the specification results from stringent local authority regulations and must be adhered to.
- Booth walls are optional and Regional Tourism Organisations (RTO) may choose to build walls on behalf of their Exhibitors because of the design of their regional booth theming. Additional charges may be levied by the RTOs to cover theming costs. Please get directly in contact with the RTO to determine what approach is being taken and if any additional costs apply.

- Please note: all construction and exhibits must not exceed 2.3 metres in height unless approved by the organiser.
What’s New?
Venue – TRENZ will have two main exhibition spaces at the 2012 event. The Queenstown Events Centre offers a flexible venue with the ability of extending the main venue hall with the addition of a marquee. Expo booths will be located in the events centre main hall plus the marquee.
Booths* – In 2012 single booths will be of a 1.8m x 1.8m size and double appointment schedules will be of a 2.4m x 1.8m size (but come with an additional delegate and extra furniture)
Vehicle displays* – In 2012 these will be positioned in a specific area outside the main venue entrance. For those utilising the vehicle display areas their location offers the opportunity of holding meetings away from your booth within your vehicles.
*The final floor plan will denote the exact location of all booths and external display sites.
