Booth set-up

Monday 7 May from 11.00am – 4.00pm

  • The Queenstown Event Centre will be open on Monday 7 May 2012 from 11.00am – 4.00pm to allow Exhibitors sufficient time to set up their booths
  • Be prepared and give yourself enough time to set up your booth
  • If you would like to courier display material etc to the Queenstown Events Centre, please be aware that no goods will be accepted prior to 9.00am Friday 4 May 2012.
  • Limited moving trolleys and support staff will be available to Exhibitors during this time
  • The Queenstown Events Centre will be open daily for Exhibitors to access the venue 30 minutes before the times outlined on the final TRENZ programme
  • Please note: Health and safety regulations mean there will be no Exhibitor or supplier access to the venue prior to 11.00am on Monday 7 May. There can be no exceptions to this requirement, so please ensure any suppliers you have contracted also understand this.

Booth breakdown

Thursday 10 May from 3.40pm to 4.35pm

  • Access to the Queenstown Events Centre will be made available to you for the purpose of dismantling your booth and removal of all materials from 3.40pm to 4.35pm on Thursday 10 May 2012. No exhibiting organisation may break down their booth prior to this time
  • Limited moving trolleys and support staff will be available to Exhibitors during this time
  • Any exhibit or material remaining after Friday 11 May at 12.00pm will be treated as rubbish and disposed of accordingly
  • TIA and the Queenstown Events Centre will not accept any responsibility for goods left behind.
