Buyer Criteria

Thank you for considering attending TRENZ 2010.

Buyer delegates and companies wishing to attend TRENZ 2010 will need to fit the Buyer criteria as detailed below and will need to complete and submit an online application form before 10 March 2010, 12.00pm (NZ time). By submitting the application form the Buyer delegate will agree to the Buyer terms and conditions.

An approved TRENZ 2010 Buyer is an individual within an international, online or New Zealand based company, who are nominated by industry partners including Tourism New Zealand (TNZ), Air New Zealand (Air NZ) or Qantas (QF) and who:

In order to be accepted as a TRENZ 2010 Buyer, this person will have also read and understood the TRENZ 2010 Buyer terms and conditions and the Buyer attendance criteria.

Completion of the Buyer application form will not necessarily result in acceptance to attend TRENZ 2010. The Organiser has the right to decline invited or uninvited individuals, even if they meet aspects of the TRENZ Buyer Criteria. Additions to the invitation list are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the Organiser.

Buyers who do not meet the criteria and who wish to attend TRENZ 2010 will need to make a written application to the Organiser with their request and case for attendance.
