Flight Arrangements

We are very grateful to our sponsor airlines, Air New Zealand and Qantas for providing us with sponsored air transport for TRENZ 2012 Buyers. TRENZ cannot happen without the generous support of our sponsors; to support them we strongly encourage you to use their products and services wherever possible.
 Your local Tourism New Zealand (TNZ) office will provide you with information on how to make your international transport arrangements.

Limited complimentary flights for invited International Buyer delegates
Limited complimentary return flights to New Zealand will be provided for selected International Buyer delegates only on a case by case basis, and who have been included on the TRENZ invitation list. Flights are subject to availability, route restrictions, special conditions and are in economy class. All flight taxes, upgrades, departure taxes and levies will be the Buyer's responsibility.
For some international ports, Buyers may be required to arrange and pay for their own travel arrangements to get them to the designated international departure port.
Flights are not available for New Zealand based Buyers.

Flight information
Air New Zealand (Premier Sponsor) and Qantas Airways (Platinum Airline) are the TRENZ 2012 airline sponsors.
Please remember that class, route restrictions and availability may impact on flight options, and airline terms and conditions will apply for all TRENZ flights.
There are a limited number of seats allocated to TRENZ Buyers. Once this allocation is reached flights are subject to airline approval.

Important Note: Baggage dimension restrictions and allowances vary from carrier to carrier, and by routing. Please note and check all security requirements specific to baggage as each airlines’ policies will affect what you can carry on board an aircraft on international flights.
