Networking is an integral part of Tourism Rendezvous New Zealand and TRENZ 2012 will be no exception. The official programme includes a number of networking opportunities.

For TRENZ 2012 we are planning to refresh the Farewell Function, creating a networking evening that is informal and relaxed with wonderful food, entertainment and New Zealand wine and beer - a final opportunity to network before embarking on post TRENZ famils and your journey home.

Networking outside the official TRENZ programme
It is likely that you will receive a number of invitations to network with Exhibitors outside of the official TRENZ programme. Such functions and familiarisation programmes offer excellent opportunities to further develop your relationships with Exhibiting delegates, however it is vital that these engagements are accepted / organised outside official TRENZ event hours (including official networking functions) only.
If you have received an invitation to attend a function that clashes with the official TRENZ programme, please advise Bronwyn Hollingsworth at bronwyn.hollingsworth@tianz.org.nz at your first opportunity (functions run during official TRENZ hours are strictly against TRENZ Exhibitor policy).
