SPEEDMEET

You asked for it, so here it is!
Modelled on the well known speed dating model, the SPEEDMEET will be a quick-fire introduction between Exhibitors and Buyers and will offer you another opportunity to make further business connections outside of the traditional TRENZ model.
One Exhibitor from each company and all Buyers will be present at the SPEEDMEET. Each Exhibitor and Buyer will have five minutes to introduce themselves and quickly discuss their portfolio. After five minutes, the buzzer will sound and the Buyer will move in a clockwise direction to the next Buyer chair within the coloured zone. For example from green to green.
NO LINGERING. You will have plenty of time to reconnect with each other over the coming days to discuss the details.
Exhibitors
Each exhibiting company will receive one SPEEDMEET delegate pass. The SPEEDMEET room has been split into four coloured bands. Upon arrival please make your way to the coloured area that matches your pass.
Buyers
All Buyers are strongly encouraged to attend this part of the event. Your TRENZ attendee pass will gain you access to the SPEEDMEET area.
To make the most of this session baring in mind that it is a quick fire event:
Exhibitors
- Bring only your business cards and a handful of brochures
- There will be no tables so do not bring laptops or stands
