TRENZ is your annual opportunity to dazzle top international travel Buyers with your uniquely New Zealand experience and product. Together we’ll showcase the very best that New Zealand has to offer travellers, packed into one fantastic place, across four exciting days.

TRENZ 2012 will be your chance to meet and mingle with some of the most important people in the business. A full appointment book means established relationships strengthened and new opportunities kindled.

  • Exhibitors reported their TRENZ attendance generated a total of $164m of new business over 12 months
  • 98% of Exhibitors rated their attendance as very successful or successful
  • 84% of Exhibitors rated the quality of their appointments as excellent or good
  • 81% of Exhibitors rated the quality of Buyers as excellent or good
  • 70% of Exhibitors rated TRENZ as more important than their other marketing activities

Meet who you want to meet with
Focused appointments of 15 minutes allow Exhibitors to brief Buyers on their product. Exhibitors and Buyers get to select who they want to see, to ensure they get maximum benefit from their appointments.

Grow New Business
As well as experienced Buyers from established companies new Buyers from new and emerging markets are being invited to the event.

Plenty of networking opportunities
A number of functions across the TRENZ week will offer extra opportunities to network with Buyers, Media and fellow tourism operators. Based on your feedback we are exploring opportunities for new venues and formats for functions. 

Communicate with a wider domestic and international target audience
Improvements to the media programme to increase opportunities for operators to showcase product to international and domestic media. Delegates will also have the opportunity to sit in on open presentations to the media from high profile individuals and companies

Activities
The 2012 programme allows delegates additional networking opportunities and the chance to experience the best of Queenstown and a half day has been allocated for delegate famils of some of the region’s iconic tourism attractions.

Companies wishing to exhibit at TRENZ 2012 must fit the Exhibitor criteria and submit an online application form. By submitting the application form the named applicant agrees to the Exhibitor terms and conditions.

Core to TRENZ is 51, 15 minute appointments for Buyers and Exhibitors to participate in.  Exhibitors will also have the opportunity to schedule appointments with Media.
