Networking is an integral part of Tourism Rendezvous New Zealand and TRENZ 2012 will be no exception. The official programme includes a number of networking opportunities.

Southern Lakes Welcome Function
Welcome to TRENZ! In 2012 the Welcome function will again be a larger evening function, This function is an opportunity for delegates to make new contacts and rekindle old ones for the days of business ahead. Canapés and beverages will be served.

TRENZ Buyers and Exhibitors attending the full TRENZ programme will receive a ticket to attend this fuction. Day pass holders will not receive a ticket to attend. Tickets are not available for purchase for this function. |

For TRENZ 2012 there will be one lunch sitting each day. Daily lunches provide informal networking and an opportunity to meet new people during informal gathering dining with food and beverage service.

This year the traditional TRENZ farewell function has been replaced with an informal and relaxed networking evening that will be entertaining and relaxed. A final opportunity to network before heading off into Queenstown.

Networking outside the official TRENZ programme
The period while TRENZ delegates are in New Zealand is an excellent opportunity for Exhibitors to host social functions or familiarisations for Buyers and/or Media. However, these activities must be organised outside the TRENZ programme. Exhibitors will also have the opportunity to host Buyers and Media at their booth during TRENZ.
Unauthorised 'hosting' of Buyer and Media delegates during the TRENZ programme will incur, a fee of $5,000 + GST (minimum) for each incident. Please see the Exhibitor terms and conditions, clause 7 for further information.
