Networking is an integral part of Tourism Rendezvous New Zealand and TRENZ 2010 will be no exception. The official programme includes a number of networking opportunities.

Welcome Reception

Welcome to TRENZ. Make new contacts and rekindle old ones for the days of business ahead. Canapés and beverages served.

Daily Lunches

For TRENZ 2010 there will be one lunch sitting each day. Daily lunches provide informal networking and an opportunity to meet new people during seated dining with food and beverage service.

Regional Rendezvous Function

Informal opportunity to network with delegates in the regions and exhibition areas immediately after the last appointment of the day. Light refreshments served.

VENUE	ASB Showgrounds (at conclusion of the last appointment for the day)
ENTRANCE	TRENZ delegate pass & TRENZ delegate day pass for the relevant day.

SKYCITY RENZ Farewell

An evening function that will be entertaining and relaxed. A final opportunity to network and farewell delegates.

DATE	Thursday 27 May
TIME	7.30pm - 12.00am
VENUE	SKYCITY
ENTRANCE	SKYCITY TRENZ Farewell ticket. Exhibitors receive tickets, dependent on their booth type, upon registration. Buyer and Media delegates receive a ticket with their application. Additional tickets are available for purchase in the Exhibitor Zone.
DRESS	Cocktail
TRANSPORT	Coach transport available
TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS	Valid for entrance to the SKYCITY TRENZ Farewell (one attendee only). Tickets are non-refundable and not transferable. Buyers and Media Delegates receive one (1) complimentary ticket to the TRENZ Farewell. This has been made possible with extensive sponsorship support and we encourage your attendance.

Networking outside the official TRENZ programme

The period while TRENZ delegates are in New Zealand is an excellent opportunity for Exhibitors to host social functions or familiarisations for Buyers and/or Media. However, these activities must be organised outside the TRENZ programme. Exhibitors will also have the opportunity to host Buyers and Media at their booth during the Regional Rendezvous Function.

Unauthorised 'hosting' of Buyer and Media delegates during the TRENZ programme will incur, a fee of $5,000 + GST (minimum) for each incident. Please see the Exhibitor terms and conditions, clause 7 for further information.
