Appointment Schedules
Your preliminary Appointment Schedule and Online Diary details will be available in the Buyer Zone on a 'read-only' basis from Friday 23 – Tuesday 27 March 2012.
Read only means that during these dates you cannot make or change any appointments. Viewing them as the only option until the diary is made live to make and change appointments.
Your Appointment Schedule will show appointments that have been pre-scheduled for you based on the requests made by yourself and by Exhibitors who wish to see you.
You may wish to contact the Exhibitors with whom you have secured pre-scheduled appointments to provide them with additional information about your company in advance of your appointment.

Appointments not required
You may cancel any pre-scheduled appointments which you do not wish to attend during Online Diary.
Missed appointments
The missed appointments report that is shown in the Buyer Zone, details the requests that you made and the requests that Exhibitors made to meet with you, which were unable to be pre-scheduled. Those Exhibitor companies who do not appear on your appointment schedule should be targeted by you for a potential appointment during the Online Diary period.
You will be able to request, cancel and change your personal appointment schedule using Online Diary from 12.00pm (noon) Wednesday 28 March until Friday 13 April 2012.
The Online Diary enables you to:
- review your pre-scheduled appointment details online
- cancel any pre-scheduled appointments you don’t wish to attend
- request additional appointments to fill spaces in your schedule(s).
Note: Additional appointments can be made only where both you and the Exhibitor have the same time slots available.
