Payment of the attendance fee

Payment by credit card is the preferred payment option – your credit card will only be debited once your application has been approved. Your attendance approval confirmation will be sent to you via email.

You are also able to pay by bank transfer, using the bank account details provided on your invoice. The attendance fee must be received exclusive of all banking fees.

Your attendance fee invoice will be available in your personalised Buyer Zone shortly after you receive your confirmation email.

Please note:

  • If you are paying by direct bank transfer, please fax through proof of payment to +64 4 499 0827, with relevant reference information (eg. delegate identification number, name  and organisation name and location)
  • Accommodation will not be allocated or confirmed until payment is received

Buyers who have outstanding debts from previous TRENZ attendance will not be considered for attendance at TRENZ 2011 until all outstanding invoices are settled.
