Appointment Process at a glance

Appointment Process at a glance

This process allows attendees to fill their appointment schedule prior to TRENZ. The appointment process has three stages which are briefly outlined below.

Stage One
(commences 23 March)

Pre-scheduled appointment request process.

   TRENZ

Stage Two

TIA runs the appointment scheduling programme/TRENZ software which allocates appointments to schedules. The programme prioritises appointments as follows:

  • Mutual appointments
Matching mutual requests where both an Exhibitor and a Buyer have requested to see one another. Mutual appointments are not necessarily guaranteed
  • Order of priority
This is the priority ranking given by Exhibitors and Buyers to each appointment request
  • Common appointment slots
Determining whether common appointment slots are available on both Exhibitor and Buyer schedules.

   TRENZ

Stage Three

Online Diary  (located in the password protected Exhibitor Zone.)

  • Read only access available from 12pm, 12 April

The read only access allows you to:
    • view your preliminary appointment schedule 'read only' in Online Diary
    • review the appointments you have and those that are missing and create a list of missing Buyers who you would like to target for appointments from 12pm, 15 April.
  • Online Diary full access (with Buyers) available from 12pm, 15 April – 11am, 29 April to:
    • Request additional appointments with Buyers
    • Accept or decline additional appointments  with Buyers
    • Cancel appointments you do not wish to attend with Buyers
  • Online Diary full access (with Media) available from 12pm, 29 April – 7am, 6 May to:
    • Request appointments with Media
    • Accept or decline additional appointments  with Media
    • Cancel appointments you do not wish to attend with Media
Please note: Because the Online Diary stage is live from 12pm, 15 April it is recommended you review your diary on a daily basis to confirm or decline appointment requests or to search for Buyer appointment availability (those who were unavailable at the start, may show free time as this stage progresses).
