All TRENZ Buyers must be able to speak sufficient English to converse and conduct business with New Zealand Exhibitors. In the absence of sufficient English capabilities, an interpreter must be used.
The organisers have a limited number of New Zealand-based interpreters to allocate to Buyers where a need is identified in advance. These will be allocated on the basis of greatest need, as assessed by Tourism New Zealand.
Beyond this allocation, any contracts and costs related to interpreters will be the Buyer's responsibility. All interpreters arranged by TRENZ Buyers must be registered with TRENZ organisers before 16 April 2010.
