All TRENZ Buyers must be able to speak sufficient English to converse and conduct business with New Zealand Exhibitors. In the absence of sufficient English capabilities, a translator must be used.
The organisers do not have translators available – these will need to arranged and registered by the Buyer. The need for a translator will be assessed and recommended by Tourism New Zealand. Registration and all associated costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

The Translator's Attendance Fee (paid before the deadline) includes:
- access to the event and attendance
- transport to and from the TRENZ 2012 venue, functions and official TRENZ 2012 hotels
- attendance at the Welcome Reception, Regional Rendezvous, daily lunches, morning and afternoon teas, and other functions and catering as outlined in the final programme, but excluding the TRENZ 2012 Farewell function
Please note: Translator Attendance fees do not include accommodation. Contracting the translator and meeting the associated cost will be the Buyer’s responsibility.
Any contracts and costs related to translators will be the Buyer's responsibility. All translators arranged by TRENZ Buyers must be registered with TRENZ organisers before 30 March 2012.
