TRENZ is New Zealand’s largest international tourism business event and the most important event of the year on the tourism events calendar. Attending TRENZ as a Seller is an opportunity to meet face-to-face with high quality international and domestic Buyers. TRENZ 2024 will be held from 8-10 May 2024.
Seller registrations are now open and close on 30 November. If you are already registered on TRENZ Connect, you will have received an email with information on registering or applying for TRENZ 2024. Exhibition
Following the success of the streamlined booths in 2023, the same exhibition format will be used at TRENZ 2024.
The standard 1.8m x 1.8m booth includes walls, furniture, light, power, as well as a company name sign and printed back wall sign.
The furniture package includes one table and four chairs. If you would like additional furniture or to upgrade your furniture package, this can be arranged directly with Exhibition Hire Services, our supplier for TRENZ. Details for Exhibition Hire Services will be provided once you have registered.

TRENZ Connect will be your place to find all TRENZ related activities including your registration and appointment matching for the physical event.
Here are our top tips to get the most out of the platform:
- Make connections – Connecting with Buyers on TRENZ Connect is an easy way to maintain existing relationships and establishing new one. To connect with a Buyer, simply click on their company listing and select ‘Connect’.
- Add yourself as a delegate – By adding yourself as a delegate to your organisation's profile, you will gain access to the live site, where you are able to view connection requests, send messages and edit your company profile. To make connections, you must have at least one person selected in the delegates area of TRENZ Connect.
- Review your company listing – It may have been a while since you completed your company listing. We recommend you regularly review your listing to ensure all company information is up to date and relevant to Buyers. If you have not yet completed your company profile, go to the Organiser Portal and complete the Connect Page Builder. Your listing will not show until it has been submitted.
