Seller Packages and Pricing

To attend TRENZ, all sellers are required to purchase a standard or shared seller package.

A second standard package with an appointment stream may be available if capacity allows. This must be requested at the time of registration.

For additional delegates, there are a number of options including a full pass (including Welcome Function), three day pass, day passes, or function tickets.

Additional passes and function tickets can only be purchased for employees or contractors that are directly employed by you. Passes cannot be shared between delegates at the event.

To attend TRENZ at the TIA member rate, your TIA membership must be current, and your membership fees paid.

Mihi Whakatau	Welcome Function	Celebration of Tourism
No charge Tickets cannot be allocated for the Mihi Whakatau only, you must be attending TRENZ on a pass to attend. Tickets to this function are not included in any packages or passes and must be purchased separately. The Celebration of Tourism function will be held on the evening of Thursday 13 May.

Mihi Whakatau

Payment Dates and Cancellation

Payment dates

20th of the month following invoice.
Final payment date for seller packages is Wednesday 16 December 2026.
Payment plans available on request.

Cancellations

Seller packages

Cancellations after 5.01pm NZST on 16 December 2026 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations after 5.01pm NZST on 10 February 2027 will incur a 100% cancellation fee

Additional passes and function tickets

No refund or cancellation will be given on additional passes or function tickets after Tuesday 4 May 2027.
