PRIMARY BUYER: (Appointment taking) 

Package inclusions: 

  • Appointment book of up to 52 x 15 minute prescheduled appointments 
  • Official pōwhiri on Monday 18 May
  • Event access for one person from Tuesday 19 May - Thursday 21 May
  • Welcome Function ticket
  • Event catering and networking functions at the event
  • Four nights accommodation with one of our official Accommodation Providers (18, 19, 20 and 21 May)*
  • Auckland host region famil on Tuesday 19 May
  • Transfers from hotels to venues

SECONDARY BUYER: (Non-appointment taking)
There must be a primary buyer for a secondary buyer to be added. Package inclusions are as above but do not include an appointment stream.           

All buyers must attend the full TRENZ programme and stay at their allocated hotel. Passes cannot be shared between delegates.

International buyer (primary or secondary) 

Based overseas and purchasing New Zealand product. 

$1,350 + GST

New Zealand buyer (primary or secondary)*

Based in New Zealand and purchasing New Zealand product.

Member: $1,350 + GST

Non-Member: $2,700 + GST

Celebration of Tourism – Tāmaki Street Party function

Tātaki Auckland Unlimited will host a Celebration of Tourism – Tāmaki Street Party function on Thursday evening, offering an opportunity to celebrate our vibrant tourism community. Attendance is complimentary for buyers. If you wish to attend, please select this item when you register to be allocated a ticket.

*Accommodation will not be provided for New Zealand buyers who reside in Auckland and will be subject to availability for other New Zealand secondary buyers.

Flights

Air New Zealand, Premier Sponsor of TRENZ will provide international Economy flights to New Zealand for selected buyers. Qualifying buyers will receive booking information, options to upgrade and full terms and conditions from your local Air New Zealand representative.

Payment Dates & Cancellation

Payment dates

  • 20th of the month following invoice.
  • Final payment date - Monday 16 February .
  • Payment plans available on request.

Cancellation

  • Cancellations after 5.01pm NZST on Monday 16 February will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations after 5.01pm NZST on Monday 16 March  will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

These cancellation fees are enforceable from the time a registration is confirmed. Buyers are strongly encouraged to take out appropriate insurance to cover any incurred costs should they need to cancel their attendance at TRENZ.
